“Feel the sensation of sound touching the body. Notice it, name it if you like. Feel its energy with mindful loving awareness. When it passes, return to the breath.” – Jack Kornfield

Dear ones,

In these current times, it’s so important to take time to recharge and recalibrate—to unwind the body, relax the mind, and open the heart. That’s why I invite you in warmth and wisdom, to relax into this embodying guided meditation I shared some years ago at Spirit Rock, exploring how to soften into presence no matter the outside circumstance.

To tend and mend the world, we have to start from our own base of well-being and strength. Learning to meet our bodies, minds, and hearts with a gentle loving awareness—instead of resistance and struggle—we begin to meet ourselves, this world, and others with a natural kindness and beauty.

Allow these wise words and soft music to help the body unwind and open in its own natural way—no fixing, no forcing—just meeting each moment with a compassionate presence, letting your life return to its own natural rhythm of ease and balance. Then with a deep, quiet, strong presence you can act and serve all those around with wisdom and care.

With metta,
Jack

🌿 Rest in awareness. Breathe with kindness. Let the body unfold.
