In this dharma talk, fellow teacher Mark Coleman joins me for an exploration of ways that we can harmonize with impermanence by meeting change with an open heart. Yes, we are practicing meditation to reduce stress and become calm and focused. More than that though, we are going to be confronted in our lives with unexpected changes and with difficulty. As the Buddha said, there is suffering in the human incarnation. Can we relax and become the loving awareness that knows this?
