In this dharma talk, we discuss the classic teaching of the 11th-century sage Atisha known as the “Seven Points of Mind Training”: Explore the nature of timeless awareness. Don’t be swayed by outer circumstances. Be grateful to everyone. Consider all phenomena to be dreams. Don’t brood over the faults of others. Rely on a joyful heart and mind. Don’t expect a standing ovation.
