For more than 30 years, the Monday Night sitting group and dharma talk at Spirit Rock has been a welcoming refuge for the community to gather, hear the teachings of the Buddha and practice mindfulness meditation. It begins with 30 to 40 minutes of guided meditation, followed by a 15-minute break. Jack then offers a dharma talk and answers questions from participants. Monday Nights are also available as live webcasts and on Facebook Live.
