The Spirit Rock Monday Night sitting group is an opportunity to come together as a community to hear contemporary teachings inspired by the Buddhist tradition and to cultivate the mindfulness and compassion that are the heart of Insight Meditation. This online event is a way to stay connected to one another and to support our practice.

In any moment you can become the loving witness, loving awareness. It’s why we sit in meditation, why we train—not to have a particular special amazing experience and hold your breath hoping it will last—but to sit with heartbreak and love.
