Noting the precious jewel of sangha, I hope you will join me on Mar. 25 at 7:15pm PT for my Spirit Rock ONLINE Monday Night Meditation and Dharma Talk.
The Spirit Rock Monday Night sitting group is an opportunity to come together as a community to hear contemporary teachings inspired by the Buddhist tradition and to cultivate the mindfulness and compassion that are the heart of Insight Meditation. This online event is a way to stay connected to one another and to support our practice.
