Please join me online or in-person with InsightLA at the Santa Monica Meditation Center on Sunday, November 1, for Sundays Together—a morning of guided meditation, a Dharma talk, and conversation. We’ll make space to quiet our minds, tend to our hearts, and explore how the teachings can support us in daily life.
