Together, let us explore the inner source code from which our outer technologies arise. Buddhist psychology offers a clear and sophisticated inner technology for well-being, both individually and collectively. Throughout this daylong, we will discover—through teachings, meditations, stories, practices, and dialogue—how this inner technology can help us navigate the outer technological world with wisdom, understanding, and compassion.
