Loving awareness, practiced as mindfulness and metta, is the gateway to liberation. During this 3-day non-residential meditation retreat, as experienced practitioners, we will join together to quiet the mind, open the heart, and see our human life with the eyes of wisdom. With Trudy Goodman.
This is a new retreat form which will alternate sitting, walking, guided meditations and frequent periods of dialogue and Q&A throughout each of the days.
